Stacey Elmes and Tanya Zappala are two of the four AcroYoga teachers in Australia, who have completed their teacher training in California with AcroYoga co-creators and directors Jenny and Jason.

They are both qualified & experienced yoga teachers who are well respected in the Brisbane & Sunshine Coast Yoga community.

Their intention is to build communities that are based on the practice of trust, mutual support & playful connection .
